I am a paper and pen person that has spent a lot of time researching and finding the best paper and pens. Lamy is known in the fountain pen world and even their ball point pen does not disappoint. I also enjoy the journal the paper it is similar to Rhodia if not the actual paper. It has the same weight and writing texture. The spiral bound journal folds over or lays flat. I have found myself using it for journaling but also using it for prayer to help keep track of prayer intentions. There is nothing to complain about with this journal. I am thinking about getting a bound version to record my bible studies and verses I am reading. I found this brand through an unboxing a bible YouTube channel had. I also got the Lamy colored pencils and pen loop. Amazing quality and great customer service it came with a hand written note. I wish I could send more customers their direction.

First thing my family said was oh that’s feels nice. One page for each day, lays flat like advertised, with one ribbon. Nice feeling lined paper- not rough. Great price for imperfect edition. Can’t find any problems except some dates have a varying shades of darkness. So I’m very happy! I added my own pen holder strap to it. Thanks for a great product.

I bought 3 , one for my daughter and two for her to give to her friends . This is a great tool for spendi g quiet time with God and being able to write prayers,thoughts and wisdom gained from spend time in Gods Word . Great construction and has a great look and feel ! Very satisfied costumer !

I absolutely love my journal, I used to have to buy three journals to get me through the year but one will now suffice! I can't even tell what's imperfect about it. Can't wait to start using it after Christmas. Thank you!

It is a nice journal... the only thing I would like to see different is the size. Are there plans to offer a larger size maybe an 81/2 x 11?

The paper quality is amazing. It seems really well-made and is exactly what I expected. The packaging went above and beyond. I feel so much better about purchasing from a small business than with some of the bigger box stores. Great buy and great product!

Best journal I’ve ever used!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my elderly father who has kept a daily diary since 1970! He loved it and began using it right away. He said its the nicest journal he's ever owned. Highly recommend.

I've literally spent months looking at different journals at various local and chain bookstores. There was always a problem with them--spine wasn't good, line spacing too small, formatted like a planner, had no formatting, etc. I just wanted a good quality journal that was dated to give me accountability to write daily and for at least a year. This journal is exactly what I wanted.

Also, STWD was kind of enough to give me a hand written note AND we planted a tree together! I hope you guys continue to find success :)
